Just a quick little piece done about 15 years ago at a convention, partly to keep my hands busy, but also as part of my on-going efforts to turn out simple, (hopefully) interesting pieces which real people can afford to take home with them. This was part of a series where someone (if not me) would give me an idea for what sort of background they wanted, and I would paint it fairly quickly, then put in a landscape (or seascape, etc.), often including a house or castle that seemed like a nice place to settle... |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
